The Newtown Square Fire Company was dispatched to the 5000 block of West Chester Pike in Edgmont for a building fire Tuesday night along with Edgmont Fire Company, Broomall Fire Company, Goshen Fire Company, Media Fire Company and Riddle EMS. The fire was quickly extinguished and the smoke was ventilated from the building. There were no injuries.
