Members of the Newtown Square Fire Company responded to a reported pedestrian struck near the intersection of West Chester Pike and Bishop Hollow Road this evening.

Deputy Chief Kenny arrived on location and found one patient with police administering first aid. Riddle Hospital Medics arrived shortly followed by members of Newtown Square Fire Company. Rescue Crews alongside Engine Crews provided support and assisted in preparing the patient for transport.

Newtown Square Fire Company Fire Police assisted with traffic control around the accident scene. The patient was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
