At 1200 today, the fire company was dispatched to the 200 block of East Chelsea Circle in Greene Countrie Village for a building fire with possible entrapment. Chief Doug Everlof arrived on location to find a 2 story middle of the row with fire through the roof. 2 residents and several pets were removed by first responders and there were no injuries. The fire went to a second alarm to bring multiple fire companies to the scene. Crews were on location for several hours today fighting this fire. 4 units were lost and 4 others had smoke and water damage. NSFC is very thankful for the companies that assisted both at the scene and with covering our station during the long incident.
